Customer Reviews:
Foundational reference for Sales & Operations Planning June 6, 2008 Mark Hardison (Colfax, NC) This book was the first reference text for me for Sales & Operations Planning and remains my favorite to this day. Dick Ling and Walt Goddard are well respected practitioners whom many recognize as top subject matter experts on this subject. While I have added additional S&OP text references over the years as I focus on continuous improvement of S&OP in my company, this book is still my cornerstone on the subject.
