From the supplier: The Utah State Core's requirements of providing appropriate warm-up, stretch and cardiovascular activities among students may be implemented by effective time management method. Promptness in attending physical education classes may be encouraged by allowing students to play prior to the start of class, at which time warm-up exercises should start, followed by a stretching routine. The approach integrates a skills development program in the cardiovascular workout and is interrupted only by heart monitoring. The method allows students to work towards a goal that they have set.
